1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the 77xp platform are governed by rules specific to each product. By placing a bet or spinning a game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game or betting rules.

• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except as provided in the specific rules for a given product (e.g., in-play bet void rules).
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 77xp reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a provable technical malfunction may be withheld.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77xp platform — including but not limited to the 77xp logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of 77xp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any 77xp intellectual property without prior written consent from 77xp.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xp's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77xp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 77xp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to claims arising in contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory.
